So question: Why did the Final Five create five males and three females? Maybe with resurrection in place they felt there would be no need to pursue procreation, but wouldn't a better procreation setup be at least four of each? Or even better, five females and three males?

Or was Ellen just partial to "sons"? Do you find this valuable?

For story reasons, the Number Seven had to be male so that Starbuck would know it couldn't possibly be her. If it had been "Danielle", that could have been simple name change. Do you find this valuable?
