What does this mean for BSG?

Will this "new version of the old version" change Starbuck back into a man? Will there be a monkey in a dog suit? Will the heroes play sports wearing brightly-colored speedos? How will they ever find an eyebrow-arching villain as wonderfully evil as John Colicos? Is Patrick Macnee available for voiceover work?

I can't wait to hear more!

Since I love Cylons I suggest they do a Planet of the Apes approach. Several good looking Humans somehow worm hole to another Universe where there's just a few, scattered and unorganized humanoids living with completely different Cylons ruling. Imagine the Special Effects of a mind blowing advanced Cylon civilization in a movie!! Do you find this valuable?

This is the first I've heard about this! Just please don't make it a comedy with Ben Stiller as Apollo and Owen Wilson as Starbuck! Jane Seymour still looks great, though. Bring back her!

Honestly, I am happy with the re-imagined series. If anything needs a film remake, it's Buck Rogers!

I think the genie is out of the bottle for good with Moore's BSG. It was too intense, and too good a retelling of a much more complex - and less cheesy - epic drama. Not that I wouldn't watch it. Do you find this valuable?

I have to agree with AdmiralKirk on this. Someone will always attempt a "remake" of anything, but I believe that Moore's BSG will be a classic, not to be topped. I cannot wait for Season 5 to be released on DVD. Been re-watching from the mini-series. I made it up to season 4 yesterday.

I am with amy_c also-would it be as ridiculous as the Starsky & Hutch movie?

BTW I loved Moore's appearance with Caprica and Baltar.

I'm also with the Admiral on this one. A(nother) remake is completely unnecessary, and ill advised. But I would still TOTALLY watch it. Do you find this valuable?
