But i dont think so. i think Ellen just stored Daniel's consiousness in Kara, which is what allowed Kara to be reincarnated, even though she is technically, not a cylon. A mysterious piano-playing vision haunts Kara, reminds her of her father, helps her "construct" (with Hera's assistance) the song "All Along the Watchtower"? Anyway, here's the entry on Daniel: Number Seven (Daniel) Main article: Number Seven (Battlestar Galactica) Daniel was the seventh cylon model created by the final five. Ellen referred to Daniel as an "artist who was sensitive to the world". She was very close to Daniel, which enraged Cavil; he felt that Daniel was Ellen's favorite and became jealous. Cavil poisoned the amniotic fluid being used to mature the Daniel copies and then corrupted Daniel's genetic code. This sabotage meant that no further Daniel copies could be created. It is unknown if any pre-existing Daniel copies survived Cavil's actions, or for that matter if any Daniels were grown to maturity prior to Cavil's treachery, for the Sevens were not mentioned again during Battlestar Galactica's remaining episodes. Because of the nature of the character(s), fans began to speculate that Kara Thrace was a version of the corrupted Seven line, or that her father was. However, Ronald D. Moore stated in the podcast for 'No Exit' that Daniel is merely a plot device to explain the numbering mistake and to expand on Cavil's character. Later, in director's commentary for the same episode, Moore described the Sevens as a springboard for Caprica, the upcoming BSG prequel, where "Daniel" is the name of a main character played by Eric Stoltz. kaostef	15. RE: Cylon #7 Apr 20 2009, 11:21 AM EDT i guess we have to wait for THE PLAN and follow that Daniel in Caprica... Anyway here are my 2 cents about all this! Daniel survived Cavil. He is the God behind all this trying to counter Cavil's plans. Every cylon thinking he is dead makes it easier for him... Sometimes along his plan he goes to Caprica, has a half-cylon child (Kara) and maybe include in his plans Baltar (maybe contaminate caprica 6) , Laura the next president to come and the final five left without memory... (I know, I stretch a lot) then go back to his baseship: an old cylon baseship from where he can monitor his plans by communicating through... the hybrids! I think he maintained himself alive using that (old) technology until his last body is destroyed at the end of the razor movie. the only (lol) thing that bother me is that we hear his voice in the flashback webisode ("again and again") but at that very moment the final 5 just arrived to settle their agreement to stop the war... 50 years before the beginning of the second war. so... i guess this old man bathing in its juice before he is nuked isn't far more ancient than the number 7.... Well have to watch The plan and caprica.......... LoL I give up! (why the frak can't they just write the scenario BEFORE shooting the scenes ???!!! lol) Post reply Do you find this valuable?

I am hoping the plan gives us that. Right now, the 7th was killed and therefore we will never see him (future sense). But I would love to see a flashback & the plan may give us that.
