Lee's new role

I like the new role that Lee has. He seems to be taking a interest to what happening to the people and it standing up to them. I like that he is standing up to Roslyn and not letting her scoot by on things.
What's your opinion?

Yes, the writers definitely seemed to have placed him squarely in the "my destiny is to be truthful and brave" slot in the show, somewhat analagous to the role #6 seems to want Gaius to play...

Hmmm...interesting take. Yes, now that you have voiced it I can now see where 6 was pushing Gaius.

Yes, and now that he is President, things will REALLY start to get interesting...

Must admit, I was bummed to see Lee take off his wings and go into politics of all things. BUT, now I see what they were setting up -- a possible power struggle between Admiral Adama and President Adama?

Sweeeeeet.

I'm not sure about Lee in this role. Maybe I just have to get used to it. I only just finished season 3, and so far I think I want him back in the viper. Do you find this valuable?

Given where they left off on the midseason cliffhanger, it seems quite likely there will be a popular backlash against Admiral Adama and President Roslyn, leading them to "Earth" and striking a devil's deal with the Cylons, all for nothing. If that happens, popular support within the fleet is likely to turn to Lee, Baltar, and Zarek. Adama and Roslyn might be on their way out. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
