While stranded on Cylon-occupied Caprica, Helo was found by Sharon, the raptor pilot he flew with and secretly loved. Helo and Sharon immediately got to frakking, and soon she was pregnant with his child.
What Helo didn't know was that this Sharon wasn't the Boomer he knew, but another Eight sent specifically to seduce him. That twist got twisted again when this Sharon ended up actually falling in love with Helo, turning her back on the Cylons, and returning to the fleet with him.
Sharon and Helo married, and she eventually gained Adama's trust and served as an officer aboard Galactica under the call-sign "Athena." Their marriage has withstood many trials, including Athena's near-rape by thugs from Pegasus,; and the loss, rescue, and kidnapping of their Cylon-human daughter, Hera.Hera; and the return of the real Boomer. |
