This episode was filmed last August 11, 2007. Nana Visitor would be portraying as Emily Kowlski while Alana Husband would be appearing as Nurse Sashon.

There will be a battle scene in this episode that will make Barolay wounded. In this fight scene appears Anders, Caprica (?) Six and Barolay.

While Starbuck, Helo, Anders and Athena are on a mission to find earth, they are aboard an old ship which is the Demetrius. Starbuck may face insurrection in this episode.

According to Tricia Helfer’s interview about her top 5 favorite fight scenes, she mentions a fight that’s going to be included to the fourth season. She says it has some “flying”, “a couple good punches,” and that it ends with sex. The fight she might be referring might appear in this episode and hunches are that she ends it up with Anders.

Emily Kowlski (Nana Visitor) who is a cancer-patient that’s getting treatment next to President Roslin, will be listening to Baltar’s religiously proclaimed statements mostly against Roslin but she would end up liking her and sharing the cancer fight with her discussing life and religion with the cancer stricken president.

Kara and Roslin, faced with difficult situation, would have to accept a burdensome alliance with the Cylons.
