Faith The cancer-stricken President Laura Roslin and hotheaded pilot Kara Thrace both must make difficult leaps of faith in order to accept an uneasy alliance with the Cylons. |

The Disquiet That Follows My Soul Adama wants to use Cylon technology to help the Colonial ships with jump drives. In exchange for this technology, the Cylons want acceptance from the humans. Some Colonials have reservations about this arrangement. |
| 66. The Oath Adama continues with his plan to use Cylon technology on Colonial ships. Tom Zarek and Lt. Gaeta take issue with this plan and lead an uprising. | 67. Blood on the Scales Following a mutiny, President Roslin must take refuge on another ship. Gaeta is now controlling the Galactica, yet clearly bothered by the recent violence. |
| 68. No Exit Sam Anders begins to remember events from ancient Earth. Meanwhile, more is revealed about the final Cylons and the Galactica is suffering from extensive damage. | 69. Deadlock Ellen and Boomer return to the Galactica. Tigh's relationship with Six upsets Ellen and Baltar discovers something troublesome among the civilians. |

Tyrol and Boomer resume their romantic relationship, although Boomer must answer for her involvement with Cavil. | 71. Islanded in a Stream of Stars The Galactica's structural damage continues to worsen. Meanwhile, the Colonials and rebel Cylons deal with Hera's kidnapping. |
